Dear friends hello from Italy and Milan ..!
First, I want to thank you all for your unwavering support throughout this time, but more, specifically for your good wishes for my 18th birthday yesterday!
In the past 2 months, I played in 5 men’s tournaments, including the Davis Cup with the national team, except that of France at the end of April which belong to the junior category.
But again came the time to go back to the ITF Juniors Tour, because the next 3 months is the most ” HOT” of the year!
The 53rd Trofeo Bonfiglio(main draw cut off: 80) here in Milan is the first of a very strong series of 7 to 8 tournaments i will participate, belongs to Grade A, the same grade with the Grand Slams, and it certainly is a very good test for me, to see in what condition I am, in view of the Rolland Garros following the June 3, but also of Wimbledon, which will be held on June 30 to which I am in both the main draw!
From early this year I am always in the top 50 world ranking (Career High Combined Ranking: 24), and I am very happy that this stability, rewarded by my participation in all these unique tournaments that every tennis player dream to play!
The key for me, but whatever are the results, is to play well and enjoy, because the experiences and certainly the memories of these tournaments will be forever etched in my mind.
Hoping everything goes well … stay in touch ..!
The 17 year old Mark Kalovelonis forced Carol Beck, No. 2 of the tournament, to pull out his best tennis in the center court of Olympic Stadium in Athens in order to qualify for the second round of the Status Athens Open 2012. The 30 year old Slovak eventually prevailed 6-3, 7-6 (6) and at the end of the 96 minutes match congratulated his young opponent.
The Davis Cup does not compare with any other organization in the world, simply because it is uniquely the emotions you feel when you play for the men’s national team of your country!
We did very well ..!
Finished first in our group in 2 easy wins against Malta and Iceland, but also quite difficult to Norway, and we almost shut Lithuania, which was the undisputed favorite among the barrage of our struggle for the rise!
I did the best I could in doubles, along with my team-mate George Giotopoulos, winning fairly easily with Malta and Iceland, but with Lithuania in doubles with teammate Gemouchidis Paris, we tried, particularly in the second set, but Berankis and Grigelis was clearly superior !

Dear friends Good morning everyone from Sofia in Bulgaria!
Finally in this world you can not have it all!
I’m kidding of course, and is the only thing I can do to see my future without stress and with more optimism!
After losing on the second round, in the ITF junior grade 1 tournament in France, which I was no2 seed, by subsequent singles finalists and winner in doubles, VANNESTE Jeroen (ITF world juniors ranking: 58), from Belgium, the truth is that, I was very disappointed!
Dear friends Good morning from Nice in France…!
After a really intense and difficult April in Crete, with my participation in 3 futures tournaments, now I am in Nice, France, to play again in juniors tournament, Grade 1, which iam seeded 4 in the draw.
Last future playing against SADECKY, Alexander, ranking 523 (former 313 on 02.11.2009), all held in the first set, when I was 5-4 down and he broke me and took the set.

Last day of the second future, tomorrow Sunday, with the player who beat me in the first round, the Belgian Desein N. ranking 494 (highest ranking 164 on 12/07/2010) to be in the final!
